Hey Guys!
Just thought I'd share my idea for a Horror character here.
His name is The Pumpking. He doesn't have a huge pumpkin head, its like a normal, bald head with no ears and carved out eyes, nose and mouth. I sketched it the other day, so Ill try and get a pic up of him. Its fairly creepy.
He carries a hatchet / meat cleaver and never smiles, very expression-les. He's kinda tall but kinda scrawny. Haven't thought of an outfit yet.
I kinda want him to be different from all the other characters e.g Jason and Michael are similar in the way that they both just walk slowly around or stand and stare.
So I was thinking of having him "popping and locking" his way around, kind of like he can't walk properly. Like every time he walks he locks because his joints don't function properly. I think that might take away from the whole "scariness" of the character, I really don't know.
Tell me what you guys think, as I'd like t try and pursue it in some way. Maybe do a short-film and then try to expand on it.
